Today was a good day, for the most part!
After work, which was fine and quick, Sandy and I went in search of craft supplies. After Hobby Lobby and a long, long time at Michael's we finally decided on what to make. We had originally both planned to make yarn trees from Jamie's cute and crafty blog. However, I don't think either of us realized the price of silly Styrofoam cones! I know it's $4, but Styrofoam shouldn't cost that much! Sandy ended up getting two of those and making trees, and I got a wreath to make in the same fashion!

My finished wreath--it was a bit more time consuming than I originally thought, but it turned out decently.
It still looks unfinished though...any suggestions??
Now I need to find another way to use the berries that haven't been used yet!

After we finished those, we waited for Ravi to get off work and Matt to come over and then we headed to Cheesecake Factory--I was really hungry, and when I'm really hungry, I'm not a happy camper--so dinner was bumpy for me because I was so moody--I hate when that happens. When we got back, Matt saw the garland I made yesterday and said he wanted to make something, so we had an impromptu less on how to finer knit! Sandy, Matt, and Ravi all made a garland of their own and they did great! I decided to make a new garland because the last one was just too white, so I made some with the "fiesta" yarn that I used on the wreath so that it would be more cohesive:
Cutey Ravi and his " Chain of Strength"
He's silly and requested that...
I'm hoping for another good day tomorrow!
Now it's super late and I'll have to get up early to head to the gym and then get ready for the ballet!
Night!
